At SimplylocalX, we’re confident you’ll love how easy it is to connect with your community using our Smart Box. But if for any reason it’s not the right fit, no problem — we’ve got a simple, honest, and hassle-free cancellation and refund process.


Easy Cancellations — No Stress

You have a full 4 weeks from the start of your subscription to cancel and return the Smart Box.

Your subscription starts on whichever happens first:

  • The day you connect and power on your Smart Box, or

  • Three weeks from the date of your order

All you need to do is email us at info@simplylocalx.com before your 4 weeks are up, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.


What to Return

We just ask that you send everything back in its original packaging, nice and safe:

  • The Smart Box

  • HDMI cable

  • Power cable

How Your Refund Works

We’ll process your refund promptly once we receive and check your return — no hidden conditions, no runarounds.


Here’s the breakdown:

  • We deduct a ₹500 restocking fee (just to cover basic handling)

  • If anything is missing, we’ll adjust accordingly:

    • ₹500 per missing cable

    • ₹4000 for a missing or damaged Smart Box

    • Or a reasonable charge if something else isn’t right

The remaining amount will go straight back to your original payment method. You can expect the refund to appear within 7–10 working days after approval.
